What you can control with Live Inventory.
Model every sellable unit
Keep the physical and commercial context together so a seller does not have to reconstruct the unit from another file.
- Unit, block, layout, area, floor, view and furnishing record
- Primary and resale inventory kept distinct
- Searchable board, floor-stack, list and mobile views
Govern the current offer
Keep availability separate from the transaction acting on it, with current price and terms attached.
- Available, EOI, hold, reserved and sold states
- Price, promotion, payment-plan and validity terms
- Controlled state changes with current-state history
Give sellers a useful answer
Let authorised sellers find suitable units without exposing records or terms outside their scope.
- Filters, comparison and buyer-fit sorting
- Permission-aware commercial fields

Questions about Live Inventory.
Does Live Inventory replace our CRM?
No. The CRM can keep leads, contacts and general follow-up. Live Inventory owns the current unit, price, terms and sale state those leads act on.
Can availability and deal state differ?
Yes. They are recorded separately so a request, approved hold and final booking are not collapsed into one ambiguous status.
Can we import an existing price list?
Yes. Mapped CSV or XLSX data can be reviewed before approved changes reach live inventory.
